Product Integration Discovery & Requirements

Phase 1: Discovery

This phase lays the groundwork of the project including the definition of business objectives and strategic planning. By beginning with a detailed client interview, Ariamedia is able to identify all areas required for the project scope. Next, we analyze the corporate and brand strategy, project goals, and usability analysis, which allows us to clearly define proper definition of the projects and its goals. This phase of discovery ends with the generation of the project requirements document.

Phase 2: Blueprint

The blueprint phase defines the project in its entirety in the project specifications documentation. This document includes the Site Map which visually organizes the navigation, the Content Map which visually organizes the content, the Functional Specifications which defines and details the technology requirements, the Resource Allocation, the Data Modeling, and the Design Prototypes. The project specifications document becomes the "bible" of the production process.

Phase 3: Production

In the Production phase, all project planning is executed upon to produce the application. Databases are designed and produced, components are customized and template and page production occurs. Using an iterative process that rotates action items between QA, Design and Development insures that all team members are producing in the most efficient and effective manner.

Phase 4: Deployment

Deployment occurs with the internal testing and delivery of the application for rigorous testing. The client will have secure access to the Ariamedia Extranet to review, revise and approve all elements within a project. Quality Assurance follows allowing a BETA delivery to occur for the client. Following client revisions, the final deliverable is produced and deployed.
