Peripheral Enhancements is a recognized
worldwide leader in the manufacturing of
computer memory technology. The Company
relies heavily on technology to inform,
educate and market to its customer base
of distributors and retailers and ultimately
the end consumer. Peripheral's web servers
are co-located at a major Internet Service
Provider and the companies central databases
are located in Oklahoma.
Peripheral approached AriaMedia to deploy
a database communication solution that would
allow remote web servers to replicate from
the central databases without compromising
security or adding much increased load to
the current systems.
AriaMedia used SQL Server 2000 to create
queries and stored procedures that aggregated
information from several tables and transferred
and reformatted data to a remote unique
database.
