.NET Applications Developer
This posting is for an ASP.NET Web Developer / .NET Application Programmer utilizing VB.NET / C# and SQL Server in Dallas, Texas. (Technologies include: ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, T-SQL, Javascript, XML)
Overview
Located in the Dallas, Texas area (Addison), AriaMedia is a technology solution provider and developer of Internet content management products, e-commerce products and professional services including creative services, web development and programming and technology consulting services.
Position
We seek a results-driven professional to develop, enhance and maintain primarily web-based ASP.NET applications using VB.NET or C# and SQL Server and to maintain, extend and Server 2002/2004 with web and windows applications.
Specific Responsibilities
- Develop custom ASP.NET solutions using object-oriented principles and best practices database and application design techniques.
- Extend and maintain custom solutions.
- Possess the ability to develop with a product deployment mindset including versioning strategies, building installers and more.
- Possess the ability to develop from conceptual architecture through production and deployment.
- Possess ability to self-manage and skills to estimate and meet project goals.
Requirements
- 2-3 Years Practical .NET programming and SQL Server experience is required.
- Extremely strong understanding of OO Principles and Normalized database design.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of projects and tasks on schedule.
- Advanced analytical abilities.
- Detail oriented, creative thinking and innovative decision making.
- Must be able to manage workload independently and accurately.
Preferred Experienced
- Development expertise in Content Management or Commerce products
- Bachelors of Computer Science or related 4-Year degree
